Sales Policy
All online sales are final.  In the event, the item shipped is defective or not the item ordered on the original invoice, the customer has 7 business days to notify Old Town Fabric Shop.  The customer is to return the items in original packaging to the following address:  Old Town Fabric Shop, 56 W Water St, Chillicothe, OH 45601.  The customer is responsible for shipping costs.  A refund or exchange will be processed as agreed upon between the customer and Old Town Fabric Shop.
